Present for my 2 year old grandson. He likes to set the cars up to crash, but has a ball with it as does his parents playing with him. The extra track and cars makes a nice setup for a 2 year old.

I bought this for my 4yr old grandson who reads anything and everything, at high school level, does addition, multiplication, is working on subtraction and division, plays piano, and I was searching for a toy that would challenge him, and he put this together himself, he only needed help fitting some of the pieces together because that can be tricky for a kid. I bought these toys for my young grandchildren as I knew they would love them. The toys were a HUGE hit, but they are not durable enough for four-year old boys who play with such toys very roughly. Even the concept, lends to rough play with two pieces coming together to meet and form one singular item. Unfortunately they did not last very long. I think there are just too many parts. One of the doors on one of the cars did not close properly so my little grandson just forced it closed and it never worked properly again. However, even though I don't think they are durable enough for children of that age, they are a really cool toy and much more suitable for an older age group. Much smaller than I imagined. They work pretty well, but I think the kids are going to break them if they try themselves to put it back together. Sometimes they go together quite easily other times you have to mess with them. We will see. Shipping was also extraordinarily long. Still a fun toy. I bought the unicorn for a six-year-old girl and the blue dragon for a five-year-old boy. Haven’t shown them yet.

The toy is very entertaining for my grandson. It would have been helpful to have the picture on the box of how the pieces in the smaller pack go together. The picture in the review request shows it quite nicely.
The track is sturdy at the connections but the “legs” are neither sturdy nor proportionate to the height of the track. Need to improvise to hold up the track. The train has very good magnetic hold and operates well. However the larger set only comes with one train. I was able to order 2 more separately but waited another 2 weeks to receive.

Grandkids love it but I’m disappointed in that I wanted to order additional trains and it’s been a frustrating runaround apparently you can only get them with your initial order.
The train and track are pretty cool. I'm just disappointed that a different retailer sold a very similar product (that is ever so slightly larger so that the pieces cannot be used together) for 2/3 of the sale price at Best Toys. I will shop around more in the future.

The track feels a little cheap, but as my husband said, the little car just keeps on going, despite grandsons pulling it off and being rough with it! They have enjoyed making the different configurations with the track--especially attaching it vertically to a glass door.

We bought this for our five-year-old grandson based on reviews saying it was good for a five-year-old. When we received it, the box said 12+ years old. The remote was way too complex for a five year-old to manage. Unfortunately one of the blue curved pieces is defective and it throws the car off track every time. I chose to build a large track that requires the use of EVERY blue curve piece so I'm unable to use that particular build until the defective piece can be replaced. It's defective because the magnetic piece is not fully inserted into the plastic and a piece of it sticks up too high with a spike that should have been concealed underneath the plastic.

Customer service was excellent in terms of helping me track the shipment. Overall, I thought the product didn't quite match the pictures... not what I had expected. It was received well by my grandson, but I would not buy it again.
It’s a fantastic idea, but it took FOREVER to arrive. Three weeks early wasn’t early enough, and it arrived after my child’s birthday. The idea of the toy is super cool, and the kids love building the tracks, but the train catches on certain pieces really easily. You have to help it along, or make sure it’s put together just right. Packaging looked like something that I would have bought at a flea market. Box was faded and dented, nothing like the advertisement. Product inside was in good shape.
The toy itself is adorable. My package arrived damaged and two pieces were missing and two pieces were damaged when the box was smashed. I thought the directions were very difficult to follow and understand. Because I had missing pieces and damaged pieces , it was hard to complete a full track.
